Bromwell Ault has a background in marketing of consumer products and financial services. He is a graduate of Yale University, a special limited partner of the Venture Capital Fund of America, NYC, NY, of which he was a co-founder, and the author of A Retail Food Study (La Roche & CO., NYC, NY, 1957), which described the emergence and growing dominance of the supermarket in American food retailing.
